How to Enroll
Enrollment Process
- Organizations must complete a simple application.
- The application can be submitted on-line and paid by credit card, or printed and mailed to our office with an enclosed check.
- By submitting your application you are agreeing the Terms and Conditions of the ARS Membership Agreement.
- The term of ARS Membership is for one annual period. Memberships may be renewed for subsequent annual periods by paying the prevailing membership rate.
- Your organization will be asked to designate a 'main contact' person to act as the liaison between your organization and ARS. This individual will receive time sensitive communications and be responsible for disseminating ARS correspondence throughout your organization.
ARS Membership is reserved for facility organizations only. Independent consultants and individual enrollment applications will not be considered.
